WriteStars do not need pressured air, coolant or spindle rotation. By that you can save energy, noice and longer life time of spindle. Marking is made by a kind of roll-on or by a combination of material compaction and displacement. This kind of marking is stressless and could be bring in as fast as CNC-machine tool can drive. By marking with WriteStar no chips and no burr is generated.
WriteStar-tools can be used for permanent marking in nearly all materials up to 60 HRC hardness. WriteStars also can be used for marking by robots.
